South Downs Water has teamed up with Goodwood’s sustainable restaurant Farmer, Butcher, Chef this month to offer a helping hand in sticking to Dry January when out and about in the South Downs.
The virgin mojito mocktail, made by crushing zingy lime with fresh mint leaves, is sweetened by pressed apple before mixing with sparkling South Downs Water – and we can confirm that the results are delicious!
Situated yards from Goodwood’s Home Farm, one of the only self-sustaining organic farms in Europe, Farmer, Butcher, Chef is the estate’s sustainable restaurant that showcases its the beautiful flavour, quality and provenance of its meat, but also to achieves the very best yield from livestock.
The virgin mojito is available throughout the month of January in the warm, cosy Farmer Butcher Chef bar. Whether you’re driving, trying to drink more water, or simply looking for a booze-free alternative, we think it’s a total winner! Be sure to catch it before it’s gone.
South Downs Water is the estate-wide water partner to The Goodwood Estate helping to reduce food miles and cut carbon emissions, have a positive impact on the local environment and positively influence local economic sustainability, encouraging more local sourcing.
