How to store canned mineral water
Canned water should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, or moisture. Proper storage can help extend the shelf life of the water and ensure that it remains safe to consume.
Does your canned water expire?
South Downs Water in a can remains fresh for 12 months so please enjoy within a year. Please check the expiration date or “best by” date on the can to ensure that the water is still safe to consume. If the can is damaged, bulging, or leaking, or if the water has an off smell, taste, or appearance, it should not be consumed and should be discarded.

Currently, we offer 330ml cans of both still and sparkling water.
Where is the water sourced from?
South Downs Natural Mineral Water is sourced from our protected artesian spring located at the foot of the South Downs National park. We are proud to be the first UK company to can our water at source, which reduces unnecessary fuel miles.
