We bottle solely at our own source for 100% traceability whereas some water companies may use water bottled at multiple sources. We love knowing where our water comes from and sharing this information with you.
The deep chalk layers of the South Downs naturally filter our water to an exceptional purity. Our eco friendly bottled natural mineral water is untouched from our spring to your bottle for a deliciously pure and refreshing taste.
Sustainability is at the core of everything we do at South Downs Water! So, our 330ml and 500ml plastic water bottles are made from eco-friendly 100% recycled plastic (rPET). All other ranges are made using a minimum of 30% recycled plastic. This keeps the plastic in an environmentally friendly, closed loop system as people continually recycle their plastic bottles.
All of our Plastic Water Bottles are 100% recyclable. The materials for our plastic water bottles are all sourced in the UK, limiting the miles traveled and lowering carbon emissions.

About Our Bottled Water
At South Downs Water we feel producing plastic water bottles is important. They are convenient, resealable, lightweight and 100% recyclable. An ideal product for school, for the gym, for running and outdoors sports as well as on the go hydration, picnics and days out!
Our 100% recycled bottles of water allow you to drink your South Downs Water in the confidence that you are keeping plastic in a closed loop system and out of the oceans. This makes them a great option for the eco-conscious consumer as they can be recycled time and time again. In theory, the cycle is infinite! Meaning we massively reduce our own environmental impact.
South Downs Water is, of course, suitable for Vegetarian and Vegan diets.
How should our bottled water be stored?
South Downs Water comes with a 12 month best before date. Always store your bottled water in a cool place, away from direct sunlight.

Our water is rich in naturally occurring minerals, it is high in calcium and low in sodium making it ideal for people of all ages.
