Our Sparkling Natural Mineral Water in 330ml glass bottles brings the refreshing purity of our chalk-filtered South Downs source to a perfectly sized glass bottle. Drawn from a protected artesian spring on the Sussex/Hampshire border, our water is naturally balanced with minerals that reflect the local chalk geology. To create its light, invigorating sparkle, carbon dioxide is gently added after bottling at source, enhancing its naturally clean taste without altering its mineral integrity. Packaged in a premium glass bottle made with recycled content and fully recyclable, it’s ideal for dining, hospitality, events, or everyday refreshment on the go.

Our sparkling Natural Mineral Water is sourced from a protected artesian spring around 420ft below ground in the South Downs region. The water is naturally filtered through deep chalk layers before being bottled at source.
The chalk geology of the South Downs gives our water a naturally balanced mineral profile. It contains naturally occurring minerals such as calcium and magnesium, is low in sodium, and has a neutral pH value of 7.5, all of which contribute to its clean, crisp and refreshing taste. Our water is tested regularly to ensure it consistently meets the highest standards of purity and quality.
To create its gentle effervescence, carbon dioxide is added to the naturally pure water after it is bottled at source. No other chemical treatments or processing are used, so the mineral balance remains intact.
The 330ml sparkling glass bottles are supplied in cases (24 per case). You can order through the online shop or subscribe to save 10% on regular deliveries (minimum four cases, with product mixing allowed; up to 20 cases per order). For larger or ongoing requirements, you can get in touch to set up a dedicated trade account.
Each bottle carries a 12-month best before date from bottling. To preserve quality and taste, store the bottles in a cool place away from direct sunlight.
