1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is South Downs Water Ltd (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
Entrants must have a valid delivery address within England or Wales.
Employees of the Promoter, its agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
Entrants must complete the following steps on Instagram:

Only entries submitted via Instagram during the competition period will be counted.
No purchase necessary.
4. Competition Period
Start date: Friday 5 December 2025, 00:00 (GMT)
End date: 1 January 2026, 23:59 (GMT)
Any entries received outside of these times will not be valid.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message from the official @SouthDownsWater account.
The winner must respond within three (3) days of the message being sent, providing their full name and eligible delivery address.
If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and award it to an alternative winner.
6. Prize
The prize is a doorstep delivery of South Downs Water, consisting of a selection of still and sparkling products.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
7. Delivery
Delivery will only be made to addresses within England and Wales.
The winner must ensure they provide accurate delivery details. The Promoter is not responsible for lost or undelivered items due to incorrect information.
8. Publicity
By entering, entrants agree that the Promoter may request permission to use their Instagram handle, name, or content for promotional purposes. Consent will always be requested before any public sharing.
9. Data Protection
Personal data provided by the winner (name and address) will be used solely for administering and delivering the prize and will not be stored or used for marketing unless explicit consent is given.
10. Instagram Disclaimer
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
By entering, participants release Instagram from any liability relating to this competition.
11. General
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend the competition where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
The Promoter’s decision regarding all aspects of the competition is final and binding.
