South Downs Water – Festival of Speed 2025 Competition Terms & Conditions

By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Promoter
The promoter is South Downs Water.

2. Eligibility

• The competition is open to attendees of the Goodwood Festival of Speed 2025.
• Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
• Employees of South Downs Water or anyone professionally associated with the competition are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must post a photo enjoying South Downs Water at the 2025 Goodwood Festival of Speed and tag @southdownswater in the post on Instagram or Facebook.
• Only public posts will be eligible for entry.
• One entry per person. Entries must be made between 00:01 on 10 July 2025 and 23:59 on 13 July 2025.

4. The Prize

• One winner will receive a month’s supply of South Downs Water, defined as 4 cases of their choice (subject to availability).
• No cash alternative is available, and the prize is non-transferable.

5. Winner Selection and Announcement

• One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
• The winner will be announced on 14 July 2025 via South Downs Water’s official social media channels and contacted directly via DM.

6. Claiming the Prize

• The winner must provide their full name and a valid delivery address in England or Wales within 30 days of being contacted.
• If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, South Downs Water reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. General

• By entering, entrants give South Downs Water permission to repost their entry and use it in marketing with credit.
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Facebook.
• South Downs Water reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time without notice.
