Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. This giveaway is organised by South Downs Water in partnership with Newbury Racecourse. This promotion is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram.

2. Entry is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of South Downs Water, Newbury Racecourse, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. To enter, participants must:

   • Like the giveaway reel
   • Follow @NewburyRacecourse and @SouthDownsWater
   • Tag three friends in the comments

4. The prize consists of four tickets to see Ronan Keating live at the Party in the Paddock Music Raceday, including the Weatherbys Super Sprint, on Saturday 18th July at Newbury Racecourse. No cash or alternative prize will be offered.

5. Entries close at 23:59 on 1st July. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

6. One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries and contacted via direct message within 3 days of the closing date.

7. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner may be selected.

8. The prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as offered. Travel, accommodation, and any additional expenses are not included.

9. By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions and consent to their name/handle being used for winner announcement purposes.

10. South Downs Water reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time without notice if necessary.
