We are Hiring!

We have a vacancy for an Office Administrator.

This is a permanent position.

Hours: Mondays & Tuesdays 9am to 5pm with some flexibility to cover holidays in busy periods

Key responsibilities:

·       Manage all telesales & incoming phone calls

·       contacting customers to take their orders using the ring round process

·       Plan deliveries, sanitations and schedules for the drivers 

·       Ensure customer database is well maintained & kept up to date

·       Maintain office general paperwork & filing

Key skills:

·       Excellent customer service

·       Confident telephone manner

·       Organised

·       PC Literate & particularly MS Office


Salary £16,000-18,000 pro-rata depending upon experience.
